We quote the carpentry we’re equipped to do: cladding, decking, new timber floors and selected repairs, timber and light-gauge steel framing, and defined granny-flat carpentry packages.

Some jobs also need a builder, engineer, asbestos crew, painter or floor sander. We’ll tell you when they do and, where we can, help coordinate the right trade.

For builder-led work, send the current drawings and engineering. We can price a defined carpentry or framing package once the materials, site access and responsibilities are clear.

What changes the price.

Materials are one part of it. Removal, access, site condition, difficult cuts, finishing details and hidden damage all affect the labour and materials involved.

For larger jobs, the quote sets out the materials deposit and when labour is invoiced. Smaller jobs may be one supply-and-install price.
