Privacy

When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact details, project information and files you choose to provide. We use that information to assess the work, respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.

Enquiries are stored in our private content system. Uploaded files are kept in private object storage and can only be opened by an authorised Elysium user. The form also keeps a one-way hash of the sending network address for rate limiting; it does not keep the raw address in the enquiry record.

The enquiry record and uploaded files are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. If the work proceeds, the information needed for the job may be moved into our normal business records and kept for the period required for the work, accounting and legal obligations. Email notifications follow the retention settings of our business mailbox.

We use service providers to host the website, database, private files, spam check and transactional email. Those providers may process data outside Australia. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing without permission.

Please do not upload passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive health information. To ask what we hold, correct it or request deletion, reply to your enquiry confirmation or use the business contact details published on this site.
